Gina and Chad’s destination wedding in Lake Lure, NC, was on July 24, 2014. They are from Florida, and they traveled to Western North Carolina for their destination wedding surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains. Gina, Chad and their families rented a huge cabin were they held their wedding reception, and it was such a gorgeous evening!
Gina designed their wedding reception and created all of the details, from the gold candlesticks to the lace table runners, centerpieces, and lovely gold and white accents. Her wedding gown was by Tatyana Merenyuk, and she wore jewelry from her own company, Gilded Honey (loooove her jewelry – definitely check out Gilded Honey!). Gina is the co-owner of Gilded Honey, and her classy style was reflected throughout every aspect of their wedding.
Lake Lure is located in the foothills of Western North Carolina, and it is a popular venue for destination weddings. It was also the filming location for many famous movies including “Dirty Dancing” and “The Last of the Mohicans.” As you can imagine, the lake was a gorgeous backdrop for their wedding ceremony! After the wedding, Gina and Chad even got into the lake!
