London Engagement Photos

We are so excited to share these London engagement photos with you! This night shoot with Tsian and Ashley was surreal! The first part of our 2-week trip to the UK included a week in London. We met up with Tsian and Ashley in the Westminster district of London for engagement photos in front of Big Ben and the Westminster Abbey (where Prince William and Kate got married).

Big Ben is the largest four-faced chiming clock in the world. Big Ben is part of the clock tower attached to the Palace of Westminster, which houses the two houses of the Parliament of the United Kingdom.

London is very much like New York City, in that it’s full of zooming cars, taxis, bicyclists, and hundreds of people walking along the streets and coming in and out of the subway (referred to as the “tube” in London). The catch is that cars drive on the other side of the road, so every time we were going to cross the street, we had to look both ways twice to make sure we didn’t step out in front of a car coming from the right side instead of the left!

Tsian and Ashley are getting married in London next June, and they are such a perfect couple! Ashley and his friends often joke that he always has perfect hair (and he does, doesn’t he!), and Tsian is full of bubbly energy and smiles! It was a great night shoot with this super-sweet couple, and we wish them the very best for their London wedding next spring! Ashley was also one of two best men at the wedding we photographed in York, England. Photos are coming soon from the wedding we photographed!
