Nautical Wedding

As we kick off the July Fourth weekend, we’re thrilled to share this navy and gold nautical wedding with you today! Some of our favorite weddings are at private homes. Backyard weddings have such a sentimental and intimate feel, and Bailey and Jake’s wedding at her parent’s home on Douglas Lake was nothing less than beautiful!

You’re going to love every single detail of this nautical wedding, from the gold anchor boutonnieres, lighthouse at their ceremony, mermaids on the bridesmaids bouquets, their sweet basset hound Sarge, and nautical wedding cake with a real light on the top tier! This wedding was overflowing with navy, gold and white nautical details, and it was a gorgeous spring afternoon for their lakeside wedding.

Mike with PatrickMichael Weddings was their wedding DJ, and everyone danced the night away under the stars. No lakeside wedding is complete without a sparkler send off, and the new Mr. and Mrs. ran through a tunnel of gold sparkles at the end of the night.
