Dennis & Rachel’sspring wedding at Smithview Pavilion in Maryville, TN, was April 21, 2012. Smithview Pavilion is one of our favorite wedding venues in the Maryville and Knoxville area, and it was a gorgeous day for their wedding! Rachel’s vision for her wedding day was inspired by Southern Living magazine, and she worked with Allison Gaddis of Live, Laugh, Love Weddings for exactly that!
With beautiful flowers and wedding bouquets from Samuel Franklin and Allison’s wedding planning, Dennis and Rachel’s southern wedding included mason jars with wildflowers lining the aisle of the ceremony, tissues for “happy tears,” centerpieces with moss and lanterns, bridesmaids dresses in various shades of purple, small vintage birdhouses and a bird’s nest with “Mr. and Mrs.” eggs, and so much more southern inspiration! Simply Southern Catering made the most amazing wedding buffet including fried chicken and sweet tea, and KupKatie’s KupKakes made their delectable wedding cake.
Rachel’s gorgeous wedding gown and perfectly flattering bridesmaid dresses were from White Lace & Promises, and her hair and makeup was by The Blushing Diva.
Sound Ignition rocked the reception at Smithview Pavilion, and then Dennis & Rachel were off to their lakeside honeymoon for a little bit of fishing and relaxing together! Congratulations Rachel & Dennis!
