Boone Hall Plantation Wedding Shoot
We’re so excited to share this Boone Hall Plantation wedding shoot with you today! It’s the first day of spring, and we’re bursting with excitement about all of the gorgeous spring weddings we are photographing this year! We have been traveling a lot lately, and this bohemian inspired bridal shoot at Boone Hall Plantation in Mt Pleasant, SC, was taken a few months ago during a trip to Charleston.
This South Carolina bridal inspiration shoot at Boone Hall Plantation includes a gorgeous floral bridal halo and bouquet by LB Floral in Knoxville, a blooming cotton field, and two gowns from White Lace & Promises in Knoxville. Hair and makeup was by Kim Coleman at Vanity Salon in Mt Pleasant.
This was a bohemian inspired bridal shoot, with soft, earthy tones. The Avenue of Oaks lining the drive of Boone Hall Plantation was the perfect southern backdrop, along with the cotton field, Spanish moss, and the Boone Hall Plantation Cotton Dock.
Photos from this bridal shoot at Boone Hall Plantation include a mix of film + digital. We shot the film photos on a vintage 1960s Mamiya Prismat camera using Fuji 400h film, and the film lab was PhotoVision.
