Mill and Mine Wedding in Knoxville
The Mill & Mine is one of the largest downtown Knoxville wedding venues. Full of industrial character and style, it was the perfect venue for Wes and Lauren’s summer wedding in June.
They say yellow represents the color of sunshine, hope, and happiness, and this holds true for these newlyweds. Their wedding was full of warm yellows accented by natural greens and filled with the happiest energy flowing throughout their ceremony and reception.
When given a completely blank canvas at The Mill & Mine, Lauren worked with Holly from Epiphany Weddings to create the most romantic setting with stunning drapery, hundreds of lights, and twinkling candles that was as stylish as it was cozy.
Their wedding ceremony was thoughtfully tucked under the mezzanine walkway and separated from the reception with flowy white drapery, giving it a more intimate feel. As Lauren walked down the aisle with her mother, the moment Wes saw her was full of sheer happiness. Everyone present could feel them both glowing from joy and excitement.
After their ceremony, guests mingled outside under the covered patio with the Knox Photo Bus. This fun couple also included their love of golf with a mini putt-putt course on the back lawn and a cute sign that said, “The Best Wedding by Par.”
After the cocktail hour, guests flowed indoors for more celebrating with the couple and dinner by Bradford Catered Events. Lauren and Wes danced under gorgeous white drapery and hundreds of twinkling lights. As the night drew to a close, they had a late night nacho bar with a sign that read, “Nacho Average Wedding.”
