Knoxville Wedding at The Standard

Austin and George’s Knoxville wedding at The Standard downtown was nothing short of classy and elegant with beautiful gold details and one of the best receptions with Ogle Entertainment!

This sweet couple got married on Sunday, Sept. 4, 2016, at The Standard, and they had a first look on the rooftop with balloons! George held gold and white balloons in front of his face until Austin walked up, and then he moved the balloons away and saw her for the first time on their wedding day. It was so perfect!

True to August, it was a bright sunny (and hot!) afternoon. Thankfully, The Standard is a great venue for summer weddings because it’s air conditioned. We took Austin and the bridesmaids up to the rooftop for photos also, and their gold gowns shimmered in the sunlight!

Their wedding favors were bottles of Dr. Enuf and a sign that said “Enuf is Enough! Have a Safe Trip Home!” They also had the cutest place cards with a cow, chicken or carrot gold stamp based on the meal selection each guest chose. Their wedding cake was a gorgeous white and gold cake by Bradford Catered Events, and Austin’s mother (and team of bridesmaids!) made all of the bouquets and floral arrangements.
