Marblegate Farm Wedding Photos

Marblegate Farm is one of Knoxville’s lakeside wedding venues, and it’s no surprise that Shelby and Bobby chose to have a waterfront ceremony in the afternoon in late September. With their closest friends and family members in attendance, their ceremony under the shade trees next to the lake was as beautiful as it was sentimental.

Shelby and her bridesmaids got ready at the Farmhouse at Marblegate Farm, and every time we walk into that southern home we feel like we’ve been transported to Charleston or Savannah. Outside the Farmhouse is a beautiful avenue of trees where she and her bridesmaids giggled and hugged with beams of light shining through the trees behind them.

Their evening ceremony took place in the shade of a grove of magnificent old trees with the sunlight peeping through the leaves. Shelby’s father and step-father both walked her down the aisle, and she and Bobby laughed and cried as they read their vows to each other.

The newlyweds celebrated in the main hall at Marblegate Farm with the Knox Photo Bus on the patio where they danced as the sun set. The stone fireplace was decorated with candles and flowers, and guests mingled inside and outside by the fire pit for s’mores and lawn games. At the end of the night, they ran through a tunnel of sparklers and kissed as they were twinkling around them!

Marblegate Farm Weddings

Marblegate Farm is one of Knoxville’s newest wedding venues located in Friendsville, Tennessee. Situated on 200 acres on a peninsula on Fort Loudon Lake, this stunning and secluded property is surrounded by the beautiful landscape, gardens and pastures of Tennessee. The wedding venue includes a main hall for receptions and events, lakeside ceremony site, a farmhouse for the bridal party, and a barn for the groom and groomsmen downstairs and events upstairs.
