Marblegate Farm

When Erin and Aaron decided to get married at Marblegate Farm in Friendsville, Tennessee, they incorporated some of their favorite things into their wedding day. And because their wedding was in July, the best things about summer were obviously not overlooked!

Erin absolutely loves desserts…she dreams of them in her sleep. So, of course, the Cruze Farm girls were there scooping delicious ice cream for all the guests, and Erin’s friend & bridesmaid, Caitlin of Catie Cakes, made their funfetti wedding cake. Yes, it was funfetti cake. And it was out of this world amazing.

Oh yes, and horses. They LOVE horses! All the gorgeous equines at Marblegate Farm were part of their special day too, happily grazing in the fields with their tails whisking back and forth in the breeze.

Erin and her bridesmaids got ready in the farmhouse on property at Marblegate Farm, while Aaron and his groomsmen got ready in the barn. Bangs & Blush did all the ladies’ hair and makeup, and then Erin’s mom helped her get ready in the lovely bridal suite with wall-to-wall windows flooding the room with gorgeous natural light.

Erin and Aaron saw each other before the ceremony, so they had a first look under an avenue of trees next to the farmhouse. There was a steady breeze that day, and her sun-kissed hair was flowing in the wind with her cathedral veil.

This sweet duo said their “I dos” next to the lake at Marblegate Farm’s with the beauty of summer, sun kissed sweetness, their closest friends and families, and a cotton-candy sunset.

Marblegate Farm Weddings

Marblegate Farm is one of Knoxville’s newest wedding venues located in Friendsville, Tennessee. Situated on 200 acres on a peninsula on Fort Loudon Lake, this stunning and secluded property is surrounded by the beautiful landscape, gardens and pastures of Tennessee. The wedding venue includes a main hall for receptions and events, lakeside ceremony site, a farmhouse for the bridal party, and a barn for the groom and groomsmen downstairs and events upstairs.
