Meadhaven Wedding in Knoxville TN
We’re so excited to share this Meadhaven wedding in Knoxville, TN, with you today! Rachel and Zach’s wedding was on Sept. 20, 2014, and it was a beautiful day for a lakeside wedding! We absolutely love photographing weddings at Meadhaven. It’s one of Knoxville’s newest wedding venues, and it overlooks Fort Loudon Lake. The sunsets at Meadhaven are absolutely gorgeous!
You may remember Rachel and Zach’s downtown Knoxville engagement photos. These two are such a fun couple! They live in Deleware, but Zach grew up in Knoxville and his family still lives here, so they had their wedding in Knoxville.
Flowers were by Sassafras Flowers, hair and makeup was by Tony Williams, Rob with Sword Sounds was the DJ, and Janna with All About Weddings was the coordinator. Catering was by A Silverware Affair, and her wedding gown was from Bijou Bridal in Pennsylvania. Rachel’s mom made both the wedding cake and groom’s cake.
About Meadhaven
Meadhaven was built in 1851, and the main house overlooks Fort Loudon Lake. There are multiple wedding ceremony locations at Meadhaven, including the lakeside lawn, dock, and apple orchard. The main house includes a bridal suit and there is also a room for the groom and groomsmen to get ready.
