Lee and Jorie’s wedding reception at The Pavilion at Hunter Valley Farm and ceremony at St. John Neumann was everything we love about spring in Tennessee – the happiest couple who laughed together all day long, beautiful blooms, a steady breeze while guests enjoyed the evening by the lake, and a gorgeous golden sunset.

Not only did this sweet duo have a traditional catholic wedding at one of the most gorgeous cathedrals in Knoxville, but they included their sweet fur baby, Charlie. Anyone who knows Lee, Jorie, and Charlie, will tell you that they are some of the most genuine and thoughtful people you will ever meet.

The morning of their wedding, Jorie and her bridesmaids got ready downtown at Cook Loft while Lee and his groomsmen got ready at The Tennesseean. Everyone traveled to St. John Neumann for the ceremony, and then to Hunter Valley Farm for the reception. The sky was a rich blue with white fluffy clouds and a steady breeze that whisked the bridesmaids dresses back and forth next to the lake.

After their reception, the newlyweds went downtown, and we met them in front of the Tennessee Theatre sign. The flickering lights in front of the theatre were almost surreal. Cars were honking and cheering them on as they passed by.

Hunter Valley Farm

The Pavilion at Hunter Valley Farm is located off Northshore Drive in Knoxville, TN. It is a lakeside wedding venue, and the pavilion includes an air conditioned and heated reception facility with suites for both the bride and groom to get ready. With multiple ceremony sites, couples can get married at an amphitheater, a white sand beach, or on the back lawn overlooking the lake.
