Smoky Mountain Engagement Pictures on the Foothills Parkway

The Smoky Mountains is one of our favorite locations for engagement pictures, especially the Foothills Parkway. So, when Amy and Cory reached out to us about fall engagement photos, we were so excited to meet them on a November morning for adventure pictures on the parkway!

Amy and Cory are from Ohio, and they traveled to Gatlinburg for a weekend vacation. While they were in town, they wanted to take advantage of the beautiful fall colors in the Smokies for their engagement pictures. And because the autumn colors were late this year in the mountains, when we met them in early November, it was absolutely gorgeous!

About the Foothills Parkway

The Foothills Parkway in Tennessee is one of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park’s most beautiful and scenic locations. Perfect for a Sunday afternoon drive, stargazing, or a summer picnic. But, it’s also a jaw-dropping location for elopements and intimate weddings – with overlooks, a waterfall, and the newly completed “Missing Link.” If you’re thinking about having a Smoky Mountain wedding or elopement, the Foothills Parkway should be on your list.

We have the permit required to photograph weddings in the park, and we visit the park dozens of times each year to photograph weddings.
