Great Smoky Mountains National Park Elopement
This Great Smoky Mountains National Park elopement at Spence Cabin was a stress-free, romantic celebration on the banks of the Little River. Sierra and Brandon traveled from Nashville to Gatlinburg to elope in the Smoky Mountains in September, and mother nature provided a gorgeous lush green forest backdrop with sunlight beaming through the leaves.
Sierra’s hair and makeup was by Southern Belle Beauty, and her gown from Fabulous Frocks Nashville had flowing layers of tulle perfect for twirling. Brandon plays the ukulele, and his wedding ring is made from the same wood that is used to make ukuleles.
Chaplain Fred Patterson was their officiant, and he and Joe and Kathleen were the only other people present, so it was a true elopement. After their wedding ceremony at Spence Cabin, we explored the forest and river area around the cabin with this adventurous couple. They climbed over logs, across large boulders, and even tip-toed across rocks in the river!
