Calhoun’s Oak Ridge Wedding on the Lake

We love lakeside weddings, and Calhoun’s in Oak Ridge is one of our favorite venues on Melton Hill Lake. Today, we’re sharing Laurel and Justin’s fall wedding in mid-November. Full of golden leaves, a cool breeze, intimate ceremony, and a rockin’ celebration, their wedding didn’t miss a beat!

Laurel and Justin love the lake. They’re water people, and a lake wedding was exactly what they wanted! Calhoun’s in Oak Ridge was the perfect venue for them, surrounded by water and a gorgeous sunset. Since this couple wanted to have a private ceremony, their nuptials were on the peninsula with only their immediate family in attendance. Then, they had a larger reception with all of their friends later that evening. It was exactly what they wanted, and their wedding day was the perfect reflection of them.

Calhoun’s is one of Oak Ridge’s newest wedding venues located Melton Hill Lake. Situated next to the greenway in Oak Ridge, this lakefront venue is surrounded by the beautiful landscape, lake and railroad trestle in the distance. The wedding venue includes a separate entrance from the restaurant, bridal suite, boat access, indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception options.
