Capitol Theatre Maryville Wedding
This is a beautiful wedding at the Capitol Theatre in Maryville, TN! Staci and Jason’s wedding was March 23, 2013, and it was a lovely spring wedding with red and purple accents. The Capitol Theatre is an elegant art deco wedding venue in Maryville. It is the perfect indoor Maryville wedding venue location, with spectacular lighting and wedding productions!
Their purple and red wedding included bouquet full of tulips from the Flower Shop. They were perfect for spring! Staci’s makeup was by Pretty ‘n’ Pink and the bridesmaids’ makeup was by Ruffles & Rouge. And for all the “Say Yes To The Dress” fans, do you recognize Staci? She was on the show last year, and her wedding gown is from Bridals by Lori in Atlanta!
Staci and Jason’s wedding ceremony included the Jewish tradition of breaking glass. Jason is Jewish, and after he broke the glass, wedding guests shouted “Mazel tov!” Jason also owns a production company called Juicebeats Productions. As part of their first dance, he performed a song that he wrote for Staci. All the wedding guests loved it!
Staci and Jason’s Maryville wedding at the Capitol Theatre was a huge celebration, and it also included the traditional Jewish Hora. They were lifted up above the wedding guests in chairs as they both held on to each end of a napkin. A bit of history: There’s an Orthodox rule that women and men, including the bride and groom, cannot touch, therefore, dance together. When the bride and groom hold on to each end of the napkin, they can “dance” together up in the chairs without touching.
