Foothills Parkway Wedding

These Foothills Parkway wedding photos in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park took us to one of our favorite scenic locations in the Smokies! Christina and Rory live in Florida. They love the mountains AND the sea – so, they decided to do both for their wedding.

For the mountains portion of their wedding, they traveled to Townsend for mountain wedding pictures in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Christina bought new purple running shoes, so she could climb over rocks and hike through the forest. She ordered her wedding gown online and then customized it by hand when it arrived in the mail. We definitely call that a win-win!

For the sea portion of their wedding, they went white water rafting the day after we met them for photos. Then, in two months in their bathing suits, they will kayak off the coast of the sunshine state to an island for their private ceremony at sea.

Christina and Rory are proof that you can do whatever you want for your wedding, even if it includes two different states, different dates on your calendar, a wedding gown AND a bathing suit!
