Knox County Courthouse Elopement
Mandy and Blake were one of the last couples to have a wedding ceremony at the Old Knox County Courthouse before it closed due to the Coronavirus in Knoxville, and we are so thankful these two brought their immediate families with them.
Mandy said, “It went nothing like we planned…but we had each other which was everything we needed. It was a day filled with lots of love!”
Their ceremony was outside the courthouse with the sun shining over the historic building behind them. Their parents stood near them as they said their vows, and Mandy and Blake threw their hands up in the air in celebration after they said “I do” and kissed!
The night before their wedding, her mom was looking through her wedding album and they realized Mandy’s bouquet was EXACTLY the same as her mom’s wedding bouquet! Unique times call for unique measures. And this is true for weddings right now. One of our sweet clients who got married last year said it best when she said, “Even if your plans change, your love never will.”
