Plantation Golf & Country Club Wedding in Venice, Florida

A Florida wedding in February – yes please! Brittany and Marty’s sun-kissed wedding at the Plantation Golf & Country Club in Venice, Fla., is one for the books! Brittany and Marty got married on a beautiful Saturday afternoon on Feb. 11, 2017.

Their wedding is full of the loveliest details, with shimmering navy bridesmaids gowns, palm trees swaying in the wind, and the happiest bride who laughed the entire day!

Brittany grew up in Venice, and she and Marty currently live in Charleston, South Carolina. So it was a destination wedding for many of her wedding guests. We drove to Florida for their wedding, and the weather was absolutely perfect with rich blue skies and gorgeous gulf coast sunsets.

Brittany’s wedding gown is from Modern Trousseau in Charleston, and her friend and her mother made the navy blue, silver and white wedding cake and delectable desserts including the most yummy macarons and cake pops!
