Sequoyah Hills Wedding
What do you do when your church is closed and doesn’t allow inside gatherings because of the pandemic? You move your ceremony outside under the magnolia tree of course! It was a beautiful day for Will and Grace to get married in Knoxville with the sun shining over the steeple of the church and glistening as the leaves swayed in the breeze.
Will and Grace’s wedding in mid-May was in the middle of the pandemic, but they didn’t let Covid stop their nuptials! They said their “I dos” with their immediate families and the help of Zoom at the Sequoyah Hills Presbyterian Church, and then they had an intimate dinner next door at The Plaid Apron.
Due to Knox County gathering limits at that time for religious institutions, their grandparents and extended families watched their wedding from the parking lot. Then, after their wedding, Will & Grace walked over to see everyone.
After their ceremony, we went to Lakeshore Park for photos in the same place where Will proposed to Grace. The views of the mountains at Lakeshore Park are beautiful! And we couldn’t have been more in love with her removable skirt. She took it off for some photos, and she had two different looks in a matter of seconds!

When the pandemic is over and it’s safe to celebrate with all of their friends and families, they plan on having a larger celebration and vow renewal.
